For the second time in five years, the school district in Georgia's Clayton County is on probation. The district faces a loss of accreditation that could mean next year's seniors will find trouble getting into college. The government needs to step in! Implement programs! America has one of the best educational systems in the world, having a school go on probation for a second time is just dis heartening.
